We will manage your propeorty including setting the price, advertising, qualifying prospective tenants, perform maintenance, handle rent collection and a thorough reporting of all collections, expenditures and cash flow.

  • Direct debit and credit services available to both tenants and owners

The Application Process

 

We require a completed and signed application (download form below) with application fee of $35.00 per person in the form of certified funds or money order made payable to: Realty Executives

 

Application, Rental Reference Reqest Form and Application Fee must be delivered to 316 Office Square Lane in Virginia Beach, VA Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, or on Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. Applications will only be processed Monday through Friday. If you drop off an application, be sure to mark my name, Chris Faircloth on the outside of the envelope and seal the envelope. I will not be responsible for lost applications if dropped off outside of regular business hours.
